We write your file
Each file is calibrated by hand for that car’s hardware and fuel. You can follow the status and chat with us on the file.
Download and flash
You get an email when the file is ready. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision on the same request.

Questions
Which tools and file types do you accept?
Files from Autotuner, KESS3, KESS V2, K-TAG, FLEX, CMD and most other tools. Upload BIN, ORI, MOD, HEX, FRF, SGO, DAT, MMF, MMF2, SLAVE or ZIP files up to 32 MB. For a slave read, add the master details in your notes.
What happens if my ECU isn’t supported?
We mark the request as not supported and the amount you paid for it goes straight back to your portal balance.
Can I ask for changes after I get the file?
Yes. Open the file in your portal and write in its chat with the issue, conditions and any fault codes. Revisions stay on the same request.
How do I pay?
You top up a prepaid balance in euros, then each file is paid from it when you submit. The current top-up options are shown in the portal under Add funds.
How fast will I get my file?
During opening hours we work on files in the order they arrive. Stage 2, Stage 3 and complex ECUs can take longer, and we keep you posted in the file chat.
